Software and engineering take up a large part of my day-to-day work, mostly around backend systems, architecture, distributed systems, security, and AI infrastructure.
Outside work, training has become a steady part of life. Photography is another interest I keep returning to, along with personal projects, small experiments, and things that are simply interesting to try.
A lot of time also goes into reading, researching questions, building things, and writing down what is worth keeping. Some interests stay for years, some are temporary, and some eventually grow into larger projects.
Right now, life is a mix of building, learning, training, exploring new interests, and seeing where each of them leads.
One Layer Deep is an extension of that process. Projects document things I've built. Research contains questions I'm still working through. Writing is where ideas become more deliberate. Notes capture smaller observations before they disappear.
Not everything here is meant to be definitive. Some of it will change as I learn more. That's part of the point.
