The work focuses on designing the system around AI models rather than the models alone - defining policy and authority boundaries, controlling how recommendations become actions, preserving an audit trail around important decisions, and connecting external systems without bypassing those controls. Much of the work is about bringing architecture, security, governance, approvals, and integrations together so AI can operate within clearly defined boundaries.
